Back in 1992, I entered the real estate industry as a receptionist. From there, I worked my way through every role… learning the business from the ground up, step by step. Over time, I moved into property management, then leadership, and eventually became a business owner.
For more than 20 years, I ran a property management business on the Mid North Coast of NSW. That meant I wasn’t just overseeing things from a distance, I was in it every day. Handling tenancies. Managing disputes. Preparing matters for NCAT.
And I know exactly what that feels like.
